Wethersfield, Conn./WTIC Radio – A New York State man is facing charges after state police say he was apparently asleep at the wheel of his Tesla vehicle that was traveling along Interstate 91 in Wethersfield.
It was around 12:30 a.m. Friday that state troopers received several 911 calls about the driver, 19-year-old Guido Reinoso-Gallegos of Garden City slumped over the wheel of his Telsa as it traveled in the southbound lanes of I-91 near exit 26.
