A developer has plans to add an outdoor amphitheater space with a beer garden, a food truck village, a tap room, and a coffee house to a community in southwest Ocala, with all of the amenities open to the public.
On Top of the World Communities, LLC, recently filed a waiver request form with the Marion County Development Review Committee to waive a preliminary plat for The Nest, a new venue sought for Calesa Township.
According to a social media post from Calesa, The Nest will be open to the public and will feature indoor and outdoor gathering spots, as well as a biergarten, outdoor amphitheater, dog park, food truck village, and other amenities.
