The Florida Lottery recently announced that Ana Larsen, of Lake Worth, claimed a top prize of $5 million from the Monopoly Secret Vault scratch-off game.
The Palm Beach County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,884,920.
The South Florida winner turned $20 into $5 million when she purchased her winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 7031 Jog Road in Lake Worth. The retailer received a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
