A fatal traffic collision involving a woman allegedly under the influence of cannabis has led to a grim outcome in Riverside. The KTLA reports that the 24-year-old driver of a Toyota Camry collided with a Nissan Titan pickup truck at the intersection of University and Park Avenues on Saturday morning, resulting in the death of the truck’s 60-year-old driver.
The Riverside Police Department, as chronicled by a city press release, responded to the scene around 10:30 a.m. They discovered the truck driver was deceased upon impact. Meanwhile, the woman driving the Camry, whose identity has not been disclosed, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
