Nashville affordable housing initiative launches in trendy Germantown

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Inspiritus has officially broken ground on a transformative $31 million redevelopment project at the corner of Rosa L. Parks Boulevard and Garfield Street in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood.

The site, formerly home to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, will be revitalized into a community hub aimed at addressing critical housing and support service needs in the area.
