••• Chef David Rosner, who grew up working in pizzerias before heading into the world of fine dining—including at the University Club, The Monarch, and Wine Cask—is opening Rozzi Pizza at 233 W. Montecito Street, also home to Wingman Rodeo. “Dudley Michael made room for me to move in and fulfill my dream,” says Rosner. The pizza is New York–style, some by the slice and some by the pie, and there will also be four or five salads. Look for it to debut in a couple of weeks.
