SYRACUSE, N.Y. — On April 9th, Syracuse Police Officers forcefully arrested two men for their tinted windows. The video went viral on social media, garnering thousands of views. Chief of Police Joseph Cecile, now answering questions outside of a statement the department sent out after the incident first happened.
