HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Sumida Farm has been growing watercress in Aiea for almost 100 years, and supplies over 80% of the islands’ watercress.
The green leafy vegetable is high in vitamins and antioxidants and has a peppery, slightly bitter flavor. It’s been called one of the world’s healthiest foods.
