KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Police Department has found a teen who was missing from the 5600 block of Merchant’s Center Boulevard in Northwest Knoxville.
KPD initially said Seth Horney, 14, went missing “a short time ago,” with there being concerns for his well-being.
