MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Children, families and seniors gathered for a holiday meal on Easter Sunday, April 20, thanks to efforts from local nonprofit partners in Milwaukee.
The Hunger Task Force Emergency Food Network and its partners, including the St. Vincent de Paul Meal Program, hosted Easter dinners for community members facing food insecurity. Attendees were served ham, turkey, vegetables, fresh fruit and dessert.
