Judge rules lawyers cannot mention Kohberger’s autism diagnosis

BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A judge ruled on Friday that Bryan Kohberger’s lawyers cannot mention his autism diagnosis to the jury unless he takes the stand in his defense.

His lawyers said mentioning it would explain what might be perceived as odd behavior while he sits at the defense table. The judge disagreed, stating that his demeanor was not relevant.
