GREENSBORO, N.C. — A 34-year-old Greensboro man was killed on Easter Sunday after the motorcycle he was traveling on collided with a minivan on West Friendly Avenue on Easter Sunday.
Officers with the Greensboro Police Department said they were called to the scene at approximately 12:40 p.m. on Sunday, where they discovered that 34-year-old Marc Alan Schmitt was dead from injuries sustained in the accident.
An initial investigation revealed that Schmitt was traveling east in the left lane of West Friendly Avenue when it collided with a minivan that was traveling north on Lindley Road before it turned left across traffic. Police say the motorcycle collided with the left side of the van…
