Starting this summer, restaurant vendors at downtown Syracuse’s Salt City Market will close each Sunday and operate on a Monday through Saturday schedule.
That’s a change for the five-year-old market, which previously allowed the restaurant vendors to choose one day a week to stay closed.
Among the 10 current vendors, four are closed on Sunday, three close on Monday, two close on Tuesday, and one closes on Wednesday. The Sunday closing also affects the Wildflowers Armory outpost, which is currently closed on Monday…
