PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man will face a manslaughter charge after authorities say he crashed his vehicle early Monday morning on a Phoenix freeway, killing his passenger.
The deadly crash prompted the closure of the Loop 202 in central Phoenix early Monday morning, and officials believe impairment played a factor. It happened eastbound on the Loop 202 Red Mountain freeway east of the Mini Stack just before 2 a.m.
