Brian Joseph Fischbach, 43, has been arrested on a warrant for false imprisonment and domestic battery by strangulation.
Fischbach was charged via sworn complaint on October 28, 2024, but a warrant wouldn’t be issued until March 28, 2025 and not served until Thursday.
