CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill student from Greensboro was arrested last week after campus police say he secretly installed a photographic imaging device in a suite bathroom and recorded multiple people without their consent.
Marshall Ragsdale, 19, has been charged with eight counts of felony secret peeping. An arrest warrant was issued on April 14 and Ragsdale turned himself in the next day. He posted bond the same day.
Ragsdale is required to stay 100 yards away from UNC-Chapel Hill’s campus “unless seeking medical treatment at the hospital,” according to court records. He is also prohibited from contacting any victims…
