OREGON CITY Ore. (KPTV) -A federal trial started Monday to decide who will control Willamette Falls.
It all stemmed from a condemnation notice that PGE issued to the State of Oregon in 2022, which sought to condemn the falls area. In a later memorandum, PGE said the action was “to assure public safety, uninterrupted, and consistent hydro facilities operation.”
