The Louisiana State Police Insurance Fraud/Auto Theft Unit collaborated with the Breaux Bridge Office of Motor Vehicles for an investigation into fraudulent paperwork being processed at multiple offices that has resulted in five arrests.
The probe began on March 28 after supervisors at the Breaux Bridge OMV reported a rise in suspicious activity.
