OLYMPIA, Wash. — Washington Governor Bob Ferguson is directing all state agency facilities Tuesday to lower their flags to half-staff.
Gov. Ferguson issued the order in “honor and remembrance” of Pope Francis, who died Monday morning at age 88. The flags will remain at half-staff until “close of business or sunset” on Saturday.
