CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after four kittens were found abandoned in a pet carrier in Cumberland last week.
Cumberland Animal Control wrote in a social media post over the weekend that the kittens were discovered hidden behind some bushes Friday evening near Curran Road and Dexter Street.
