RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) -Part of Richmond Highway was closed Tuesday afternoon after a fire broke out at a pallet repair business.
Around 2 p.m. on April 2, Richmond Fire crews were called to the 2700 block of Newhaven Drive for a reported fire.
