Murder at beloved pizzeria on Staten Island resurfaces 30 years later as gunman seeks parole

STATEN ISLAND , N.Y. — It has been nearly 30 years since a robbery-turned-homicide at the former Pal Joey’s restaurant rocked the West Brighton business community.
