MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A groundbreaking ceremony is taking place Wednesday for the new Wisconsin History Center.
The Wisconsin History Center will be located at the site of the former state historical museum on North Carroll Street.
Organizers of the event said it will feature a ceremonial ground blessing and a veterans’ song performed by Ho-Chunk Nation drum group Little Priest Singers. State, society and tribal leaders will be in attendance…
