Detectives say they have solved a pair of killings in New Orleans from last summer.
“The NOPD today (April 23, 2025) arrested Jamal Washington (black male, DOB: 05-17-1978) in its investigation of two homicide incidents, both occurring on July 31, 2024,” NOPD posted.
