Woman accused of setting fires during burn ban in Orange County

ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman arrested in Orange County is accused of setting multiple fires and violating an active burn ban, the sheriff’s office said.

On Wednesday, Orange County deputies responded to a report of an unlawful burning at 1089 Oberry Hoover Drive, west of Alafaya Trail.

Upon arrival, deputies met with a representative from the Department of Forestry, who allegedly witnessed Amanda Clark, 34, setting multiple fires in the woods behind the residence, the arrest report states…
