Syracuse city’s lawsuit says Nob Hill apartment owners owe $340,000 in code violation fines

Spectrum News 1 is learning more details about the city of Syracuse’s lawsuit against the Nob Hill apartment owners.

Officials alleged in their suit filed last week that the apartments within the complex have fallen into disrepair with inconsistent elevator service. The filing calls for the building to be brought up to code, and fix issues with the elevator and maintenance elements.

As of when the city filed, they say Nob Hill owes $340,000 in code violation fines…
