2 Palmyra women arrested after pit bulls repeatedly chase, bite residents

PALMYRA — Two Palmyra women face misdemeanor charges after their pit bulls repeatedly ran loose in the village, chasing and biting residents, according to police.

Jezmariah Lagrand and Amy Pettey were both arrested and charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree following multiple complaints about their dogs since February 2024.
