ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The second suspect involved in a kidnapping at a Henrietta hotel has been sentenced.
Shuntiayana Sims, 27, has been sentenced to five years and five years post release supervision. Sims pleaded guilty in October 2023 to charges of assault. Previous kidnapping charges were removed as part of the plea agreement.
