TOLEDO, Ohio — Questions and heartbreak still remain for several families in Sandusky County, many years after their loved ones’ deaths.
The current sheriff, Christopher Hilton, has tried to provide those answers since he assumed office in 2017, after the previous sheriff, Kyle Overmyer, went to prison for stealing drugs from drug take-back boxes, a program he implemented in the county.
