A Plainfield woman is charged in the 2019 death of a two-year-old child in Danville. Police say the Vermilion County State’s Attorney’s Office issued a murder warrant earlier this month for the arrest of Tatiana Neustadter.
The warrant stems from an investigation that began in June 2019, when detectives responded to the one-thousand block of Camaro Drive in Danville on a report of a severely injured two-year-old child.
