The Conroe City Council will no longer allow council members to attend executive session meetings on Zoom or with other virtual tools after hearing a recommendation from its attorney .
The council agreed Thursday it will now require its members to attend closed session meetings in person. Mayor Pro Tem Harry Hardman and Council Member Howard Wood voted against the measure.
