RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office was asking for the public’s help finding an inmate who was released early in error on Thursday.
Jonathan Dale Shoffner, 43, was serving a 120-day sentence under the misdemeanor confinement program when he was released from the Randolph County Detention Center, according to a Randolph County Sheriff’s Office news release.
He is also under a secured bond for a felony probation violation and failure to appear. Shoffner also had a 20-day sentence that concluded with time served on Thursday…
