TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Cell phone data was the focal point of testimony Friday in the second trial of the woman involved in the double fatal crash in Oro Valley five years ago.
Jana Giron is facing two counts of manslaughter, two counts of criminal damage, and one count of endangerment for the 2019 crash that killed Caitlin Festerling and Paul Garcia.
