CLYDE, N.C. (WLOS) — Haywood County Animal Services held an adoption event today aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding shelter pets on April 26.
The event offered visitors a chance to tour the facility and adopt dogs for just $30. Attendees could also participate in a “kitten shower” by donating to the facility, with opportunities to win prizes such as discounted adoption fees and coupons.
