SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) held its 44th annual Sidewalk Arts Festival Saturday.
SCAD students, alumni and local high school students transformed Savannah’s historic Forsyth Park into a technicolor landscape of chalk compositions. More than 800 squares throughout the park served as concrete canvases.
