BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A San Antonio man is facing a manslaughter charge after authorities say he was driving more than double the speed limit before slamming into an SUV, killing a 71-year-old woman.

The deadly crash happened around 12:23 p.m. on Wednesday in the 11000 block of Alamo Ranch Parkway.
