An Atlanta-based real estate firm has acquired an Upstate distribution facility.
Atlanta Property Group has purchased 6 Shelter Drive, a 173,000-square-foot, Class-A distribution building in Greenville, according to a news release. The building is the latest addition to APG’s growing industrial portfolio, signaling the firm’s continued focus on investing in key assets in strategic Southeastern markets, the release stated.
The building is located immediately adjacent to Interstate 85 in the Pelham Road submarket, one of the only true infill locations within Greenville, the release stated Constructed in 2004, 6 Shelter Drive features tilt wall construction, 32-foot clear heights, a 140-foot truck court and an ESFR sprinkler system.
