A Tallahassee man was arrested April 27 after allegedly firing a handgun into a neighbor’s car and shooting and injuring a dog as the kids who own the animal watched in horror.
It happened April 25 on Heathrow Drive in the Glen at Golden Eagle in Northeast Tallahassee. Shocking doorbell video footage of the incident, which circulated widely on social media, shows a man yelling at a neighbor about a dog biting his child as he approaches a white car in her driveway.
