Mapping 50 Cent’s Empire: The Downtown Shreveport Properties He Now Owns

SHREVEPORT, LA – Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and his team are working to bring filming back to Shreveport and north Louisiana. He has big plans for this community. He recently reached a deal to lease the old Expo Hall (Stageworks) complex from the city of Shreveport for $200 dollars month.

He has been buying up properties in downtown Shreveport. But he’s also looking at other properties around the city.

We have not heard yet what he plans to do with these properties, but we are told he’s gearing up to have things in place in the downtown area once he opens G-Unit production in the old Millennium Studios building just west of downtown.

The total investment in these properties so far is $4.1 million dollars. All of the properties Curtis Jackson has purchased are in downtown Shreveport.

What Amenities Has Jackson Been Pushing for?

He has been talking a lot about bringing in more restaurants and more housing to the downtown area. We know he has expressed an interest in bringing more housing and restaurants to downtown Shreveport. He also wants to add more quality-of-life events to the heart of the city.
