HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company has voluntarily recalled their dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts.
The recall is for the company’s 0.6oz and 4oz sized bags due to the possible presence of undeclared almonds and cashews.
So far, the FDA says that no illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to date in connection with this issue…
