Popular Santa Monica sandwich shop Bread Head is expanding with new locations in Manhattan Beach and Westwood: The Manhattan Beach location is slated to open in May 2025, while the Westwood location is still under development. The first location of Bread Head opened in Santa Monica in 2024 after operating as a pop-up. The restaurant comes from Trois Mec veteran chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, who developed Bread Head’s signature bread that falls somewhere between focaccia and ciabatta.
