A Toledo man convicted for his role in a 2024 West Toledo murder named an old high school friend as the shooter in the case. Catarino Rodriguez, 23, was convicted April 17 for his role in the Feb. 11, 2024, murder of Michael Bradford-Washington. On Monday, he testified against his former co-defendant, Sean Duhart, stating that Mr. Duhart was the one who fired the shots that struck the car Mr. Bradford-Washington was driving.
Mr. Duhart, 23, of the 3600 block of Willys Parkway, is on trial in Lucas County Court of Common Pleas on charges of aggravated murder, alternative murder, felonious assault, firing on or near prohibited premises, tampering with evidence, and participating in a criminal gang.
