WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A man was airlifted after being struck by a tree near Malpass Corner Road on Monday.
Burgaw Fire Department, Pender EMS, Burgaw Police Department, and Pender County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call that initially reported a patient possibly in cardiac arrest.
