LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. — The Arkansas State Police (ASP) arrested a Houston man on Saturday for a road rage shooting on Interstate 40.
On Saturday, April 26, officers responded to a road rage incident with reported gunfire at about 11:45 a.m. on I-40 westbound near the 175-mile marker in Lonoke County.
