NEW ORLEANS — State prosecutors face a Monday deadline to respond to a request by a convicted former New Orleans police officer to throw out her death sentence for a 1995 triple homicide.
Antoinette Frank was sentenced to death for the shooting deaths of restaurant worker Cuong and Ha Vu and fellow NOPD Officer Ronald Williams at the Kim Anh Noodle House during a robbery attempt in 1995.
