DENVER — A family is forever changed after a tragic accident at Federal Boulevard and 14th Avenue. Quang Le, who just lost his mother, wondered if there could have been safety measures in place to have prevented the sudden loss of life.
“It just makes no sense that this has to happen and more people have to die for someone to actually be like, ‘Oh maybe we should do something about this,'” Le said.
