BATON ROUGE, La. (KMDL-FM) – Yet another Louisiana restaurant will be on national television this week as a Baton Rouge eatery will be featured on The Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.”

Guy Fieri recently paid a visit to Elsie’s Plate and Pie, located at 3145 Government Street in the Capitol City.

The locally owned and operated restaurant/pie shop will be featured on “DDD” this Friday, May 2nd, at 8:00 pm.

“There’s been years of blood, sweat, and tears to get to this point. We couldn’t be more proud of how far we’ve come, and our crew’s dedication and hard work,” the owners wrote on social media.
