Little Rock homeowners forced to foot costs of removing storm debris

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Homeowners in Little Rock will need to cover the costs of removing storm debris from their properties, according to city officials. The city has stated it is not responsible for removing large trees that fell on private property during recent storms.

City crews are available to pick up the debris, but the service will require payment from the homeowners, officials said.
