PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — Traffic on Highway 30 was hampered Tuesday morning after a crash between three vehicles and two tractor-trailers, officials said.
According to Portland Fire & Rescue, crews responded around 6:30 a.m. near St. Helen’s Road south of the St. John’s Bridge, where one of the trailers was on its side following the crash.
One person was transported to a hospital for medical evaluation, and authorities said that one trailer is leaking a petroleum product. Hazmat crews have been called in to help contain the spill.
