Cleveland police officers face discipline for shooting at fleeing woman’s car

CLEVELAND, Ohio – City officials are seeking to discipline two Cleveland police officers who fired shots at a woman’s car as she fled from a vehicle whose passenger sprayed bullets at her.

The officers, Dylan O’Donnell and Amanda Rock, face suspension or termination for the shooting involving Antwoina Carter, 26, of Cleveland last year.

O’Donnell and Rock are scheduled to go before Wayne Drummond, the city’s director of public safety, for a hearing May 9. The city claims the use of force was excessive…
